Our cuisine is cared for with love and attention by our Chef Vincenzo, who has been with us for 11 years and has now become part of our family. All dishes are prepared with fresh and excellent quality products, directly from our Chef who takes care of the creation of all the menus and personally takes care of the preparation; from homemade desserts at breakfast to some types of pasta. Every morning when you wake up you will find a very varied breakfast, every day with different products for both sweet and savoury lovers. You will fall in love with our homemade cakes and cookies, without ever missing a hot cappuccino! After a day at sea you’ll be looking forward to coming back to the hotel to enjoy our appetizers prepared fresh every day and our menus with first and second courses served at the table with regional and national proposals for all tastes, without ever missing the fish of our Adriatic Sea. Particular attention is obviously paid to children, who can have personalized schedules and menus that meet their expectations! In fact, in addition to our popular pasta with tomato sauce and cutlet, we have alternatives for allergies and intolerances.
