Is it necessary to be vaccinated to enter Italy?
As of 1 April 2022, a vaccination certificate or negative swab result is no longer required to stay at the hotel or enter the restaurant.
It is not required in shops and activities outside the hotel on the promenade.
What is included with Full Board treatment?
Full board includes, breakfast buffet with sweet and savoury products; three-choice menu, meat, fish or vegetarian, buffet of appetizers, vegetables, desserts, ice cream and fruit. Bottled mineral water during meals.
What is included with the All Inclusive formula?
In addition to all that is included in the full board:
1 beach umbrella + 2 sunbeds per room, bottled drinks during meals, mineral water, orangeade and pepsi, local white or red bottled wine.
Parking space in a fenced and guarded parking area 24 hours.
Daily entrance to the water park beach Village with 4 swimming pools and water slides.
Is it possible to have Half Board or Bed and breakfast treatment?
Yes, it is possible to have all types of treatment including half board or bed and breakfast, B&B.
What time is check-in?
The rooms are available by 12.00 am on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10.00 am on the day of departure. If you wish, on the day of departure you can leave your luggage with us in the hotel and leave comfortably in the afternoon.
If I arrive before the check-in time, what can I do?
No problem, if you arrive early you can unload your luggage and take the car to the fenced and guarded area (included in the All Inclusive treatment) only 250 meters from our hotel. You can then collect your voucher for the beach and relax by the sea.
Is the parking space included?
The parking space in the fenced and guarded 24-hour parking area is included in the All Inclusive formula, otherwise it has a cost per car of €. 8.00 per day.
What time are meals served?
The meal times are as follows;
- Breakfast: opening at 7.45 am, closing at 9.45 am.
- Lunch: from 12.30 to 13.30, closing at 14.00.
- Dinner: from 19.30 to 20.30, closing at 21.00.
Do you have products for Celiacs?
We prepare pasta and other products for those suffering from celiac disease, we do not have a special kitchen, so it depends very much on the degree of intolerance.
Is the tourist tax included in the offers?
No, the tourist tax is always to be counted separately, the cost is € 2.00 per day per adult, counted for a maximum of 7 days. Children up to 13 years of age excluded.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash payments, credit cards (Visa and Mastercard) and debit cards (Bancomat, Maestro and Postepay).
For payments by bank cheque and bank transfer, it must be made on the day of arrival.
Do you have beach towels in use?
If you do not want to bring beach towels, we will provide them to you at a cost of €. 1.00 for the whole stay or for each wash. They are included in the “All inclusive” service.
If I leave before the established date, what is the penalty?
If you leave before the scheduled date, you will be charged 3 nights.
What are the terms for cancellation?
You can cancel your booking within 30 days before your scheduled arrival date. In this case you will be refunded the full deposit.
If the cancellation is made at least 10 days before the arrival date the deposit can be used for a holiday in the same summer. If these conditions are not met, the deposit will be retained as compensation even in the presence of a medical certificate.
How do I get to the historic centre of Rimini?
You can reach Rimini’s city centre by regular bus service, which runs every 10 minutes in summer; the bus stop is just in front of our hotel.
How do I get to the hotel from Rimini Centro Station?
If you arrive by train you can get off at Rimini’s train station and take bus no. 11, which runs every 10 minutes and get off at bus stop no. 29 just a few steps from our hotel. The cost of a ticket to Rivazzurra is €.1.30 per person.
Alternatively you can take a taxi right in front of the station, the cost of a ride is about € 18.00.
Going down to Rimini Miramare station, our hotel is 5 minutes walk away.
Do you accept pets?
We accept all pets of small or medium size at no extra cost, if they are used to live in an apartment. By order of the municipality all pets are not allowed in the dining room. Your little friend can still access the beach if you are provided with a health booklet certifying the vaccinations carried out.
Where are the Terme di Rimini?
The thermal baths of Rimini are about 2 km far from our hotel, they are easily reachable in a few minutes with the bus line n. 11 that stops 10 meters far from us and offers runs every 10 minutes; getting off at stop n.34 you will be in front of the thermal baths.
Alternatively you can reach it with a walk along the beach of about 10-15 minutes.
