Tell me the truth, you have always associated the thought of Rimini with the sandy beach and the Adriatic Sea.
Today we want you to discover another side of our land, which you can explore daily through different excursions, the half board treatment will allow you to enjoy the experiences at best without time constraints.

For organizational reasons it is obligatory to book all the excursions within the previous day at 1:00 p.m. through the hotel reception.

Monday

RIMINI

Walk to Borgo San Giuliano (evening) 9.00 p.m.
(Minimum 2 people, meeting place to be reached by car or bus n.11, getting off at the terminus of Rimini center).

Guided walk among Fellini themed murals, fishermen’s and carters’ houses and seafaring traditions.

VERUCCHIO

Guided tour (morning and afternoon) from 9.00 a.m. to 2.30 p.m.
(Minimum 2 people, meeting place to be reached by own means).

Visit of the village of Verucchio, cradle of the Malatesta family.
You will have the opportunity to explore the Archaeological Museum, the Romanesque Parish Church of San Martino, the Malatesta Fortress (where Malatesta was born from Verucchio called the “Centenary”, which Dante mentions in the Inferno of his Comedy), and the Franciscan monastery (considered the oldest Franciscan building in Romagna. According to a legend, it stands on the place where St. Francis of Assisi planted a stick around which roots and leaves were born: the gigantic cypress tree more than seven centuries old is still visible in the cloister).

Tuesday

SAN MARINO

Tour (afternoon) 2.30pm-7.30pm
(The tour will be activated when the minimum number of participants is reached, return transport (bus stop in front of our hotel)+ ride on a small train + ascent in a motorized cable car with audio guide in 11 languages included, the tour will take place autonomously).

The territory of the Republic of San Marino is divided into 9 main areas, called Castles, including the capital of San Marino, each of which contains history and natural beauty.
On the top of Mount Titano stand the three fortresses connected to each other by walls and walkways, from where you can enjoy a splendid panorama.
You can visit Towers, museums and theatres (entrance fees not included in the ticket).

SANTARCANGELO

Guided tour to the historical centre (evening) 9.15 pm
(Minimum 2 people, meeting place to be reached by own means).

Guided tour in the historical centre with departure from Piazza Ganganelli, near the Triumphal Arch, for the whole historical centre with stop and entrance to the caves.
The caves of Santarcangelo are a real labyrinth under the whole historical centre. Enchanting and fascinating, whose origin is still shrouded in mystery even if the hypotheses describe them as granaries, iceboxes and secret escape routes.
With a supplement of €.4,00 it is also possible to visit the Rocca Malatestiana.
The fortification takes its name from the Malatesta family, the lords of Rimini, who gave the structure its current layout in the 13th century.
